The Indianola Church of Christ is searching for an Family Pastor to fill a dual role in our church ministry. The Family Pastor is responsible for the continuing spiritual development of our students from birth through high school by following the family equipping model.

The family equipping model keeps preschool, children, and youth ministry segments in the church but encourages parents to lead the vast majority of these areas. The Associate/Family Pastor will work with non-parenting volunteers to minister to the "spiritual orphans" and equip, coach, and guide parents as they disciple their children.

The Family Pastor will be responsible for a well-rounded program seeing that children and youth get experience in each of the five pillars of ministry: outreach, discipleship, worship, fellowship and service. The congregation also desires a candidate who is able to be a part of our worship arts ministry.

This ministry position will require a man who is highly passionate about ministry and has strong administrative, and teaching skills.  Prior ministry experience preferred.  Interested candidates should email there resume to [email protected].
