The Director(s) of Mexico Operations position of Homes for Orphans of
Mexican Extraction, Inc. shall be directly responsible to the HOME INC
Board for accomplishing the Niños de Baja (NdB) ministry operations and development in Mexico.
Duties include oversight of the NdB Mexican minstry including hiring, salaries, and performance reviews. Will insure all children's ministries are conducted in a safe and healthy manner. Director will also welcome and assist visitors and assist the Director of US Operations as necessary.
