Beloit First Christian Church is seeking the person of God’s choosing as our next full-time Associate Pastor of Youth Ministries. We believe that individual will have a passion for making youth into disciples for Jesus Christ, and growing those disciples in fully expressing their love for God and people through worship, fellowship, discipleship, service, and evangelism. We are looking for someone committed to leading a small group model of youth ministry who can identify, train, and invest in both student and adult leaders to be used by the Holy Spirit as agents of transformation among Jr. and Sr. high school youth. Good relational sensibilities, organizing skills, and self-motivation are needed. Self-esteem grounded in a personal love relationship with Jesus is essential. Our church is an ordinary group of forgiven sinners, and because of our Heavenly Father's extravagant grace in Christ, you will find us to be loving, genuine, supportive, and truly excited about God's plans. We will diligently seek to discern with you if the Lord is bringing us together for something amazing.

General requirements include a minimum of two years volunteer/intern experience in youth ministry (paid experience a plus), and a B.A. degree in Youth Ministry, Biblical Studies, Theology or some church ministry related program.
