Grinnell Christian Church in Grinnell, Iowa is seeking a full-time preaching minister. We have a shared team leadership approach among the full time staff and elders. We currently average 550-600 people in attendance each week. The position is designed for an experienced pastor with proven ministerial and leadership skills. The individual will focus on the the following responsibilities: 1) preaching and the worship experience, 2) facilitating spiritual growth and evangelistic outreach, and 3) a shared responsibility for encouraging the staff and congregation for greater roles for God.
