CrossLink Ministries

The Ministry Employment Network
The Ministry Employment Network was founded in 1991 by Michael Harp as a confidential service to ministers and interested congregations. Thanks to the faithful groundwork begun by Michael, CrossLink was able to bring this ministry to the Internet starting in 1998.
Search Committee Services
The Ministry Employment Network assists organizations in finding the ideal candidate for their ministry:
  1. Advertisements will be sent to Christian Colleges for posting and advertising. Note: Although CrossLink will send position information to the colleges, this is not a guarantee that the colleges will list all the positions sent by CrossLink. Each college has its own policies about adding and maintaining positions for the use of their students and alumni.
  2. Advertisements will be sent to the subscriber list via the weekly Network Newsletter. Typically, these subscribers consist of church staff (ministers, elders, deacons, etc.) who may be interested in your position.
  3. Advertisements will remain on the CrossLink website for as long as the position is available.
To use this service, simply fill out our on-line form.
